We are looking for an experienced European Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you specialize in European vehicles and love diagnosing and repairing high-end imports, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, etc.)
• Use advanced diagnostic tools (including OEM software like ISTA, Xentry, ODIS, etc.)
• Handle electrical systems, engine performance, suspension, brakes, and transmission repairs
• Conduct routine services and preventative maintenance
• Provide accurate estimates and excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working specifically on European vehicles
• Strong diagnostic skills and experience with scan tools
• ASE certifications preferred (especially A1–A8, L1)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own set of tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and professional appearance

Pay: $10 – $25 per hour (base) + 5% commission on parts & labor + variable performance bonuses

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background in European vehicles to join our growing team. If you excel at customer service, have a passion for high-end imports, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your earnings are heavily tied to performance, this is an excellent opportunity.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the entire service process while driving sales of maintenance and repairs on premium European vehicles.

• Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and perform initial vehicle inspections
• Write accurate repair orders, provide detailed estimates, and explain recommended services clearly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians for timely repairs
• Sell maintenance services, repairs, and additional work (multi-point inspections, recommended services for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, Land Rover, etc.)
• Update customers on repair status and handle vehicle delivery/handover
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships
• Work closely with the service team to maximize shop efficiency and productivity

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer, preferably in a European or luxury automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, etc.)
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to read and understand diagnostic reports and maintenance schedules
• Experience with dealer management systems or service software is a plus
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

ASE certifications (especially C1, C2) or manufacturer training are a big plus.

• Base pay: $10 – $25 per hour (depending on experience)
• 5% commission on parts and labor sales
• Variable performance bonuses (based on individual and shop production, customer satisfaction scores, and add-on sales)
